A few nights ago I set up my camera near a small road in the park and opened a beer. It was about 6:20pm and the path wasn't so busy, but I noticed people walking by every few minutes. I ended up shooting for about 40 min. I tripped the shutter as each and every person hit the middle of my frame and the results are on the left.
It started to get darker, but I decided to keep the camera settings as is just to see what happens. I was really starting to be able to see the difference in light through the images I was getting, though my eyes were adjusting and I didn't seem notice how dark it actually was.
So it basically turned into a time lapse series, but on top of the light change, I also noticed many patterns in the people, which is what I originally set out to photograph in the first place. The first shot happened to be of a jogger who passes by several times throughout the series of 63 shots. I noticed him as he kept running by several more times and in the final frame, a point at which the subjects were barely visible, I caught him running by one last time. You can barely make him out in the shot...
